We guarantee on our Web Hosting Packages that if for any reason during your first 15 days of service with us should you decide to cancel, we will issue a full refund. We are not able to refund money for non-refundable deposits on custom work, projects, etc. We are unable to refund money for any service other than Hosting as anything else is considered custom and unuseable for any other clients. We are unable to refund money on Dedicated Hosting as there is much work envolved at the Data Center in enabling your specific custom server. We reserve the right to make admendments to our policies with our without notice at anytime.
